Tatiana is a French immersive Artist living in London. She extensively trained and worked as a theatre practitioner before transitioning to the VR/XR world. She deeply fascinated about the potential of VR and XR to alter our sense of presence, consciousness, and to enhance the impact of the age-old art of telling stories.
Her VR short film The Descent won the inaugural Innovate UK immersive Tech award in Creative XR Storytelling category, was longlisted for the Lumen Prize and featured in various film festivals. She was an artist in residence with Mediale, supported by Jerwood Arts, and Sage Gateshead, exploring the theme of “Truth and Testimony” and a Sheffield Doc Fest Alternate Reality Talent. She recently was a part of the Develop Create XR cohort supported by the BFI to develop her genre driven cinematic game Mystis.
She also works as a real time artist, art director and virtual worldbuilder. Her skills are varied and encompass Unreal Engine environment and lighting art, Virtual production, cinematics, animation, optimising, 3d Modelling, Gen AI art, 360 filmmaking and brings all her collaborative theatre making toolkit to any process!
She is haunted and obsessed by the question of what happens to us when we don’t feel and express the fullness of our emotions, on the personal scale in our hearts and our bodies, and on the transpersonal, collective scale, in our interconnected societies.
